Do you offer fixed prices or hourly rates?
We quote fixed prices for end of tenancy, deep cleaning, after builders, oven cleaning, and carpet cleaning. For regular domestic cleaning, we can do hourly or a fixed monthly fee. You'll always know the cost upfront.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price we quote includes all materials and equipment. Optional add-ons (carpet cleaning, window cleaning) are quoted separately. Congestion Charge may apply for central London weekday bookings — we'll tell you in the quote.
Do you charge extra for central London (Congestion Charge)?
Yes. Congestion Charge applies for weekday bookings in the zone. Weekend bookings avoid it. We add it to the quote if applicable — no surprises.

Typically 2–4 hours with our hot water extraction. Depends on fibre type, room ventilation, and humidity. We use professional equipment for quicker drying than DIY methods.
Can you clean after renovation work?
Yes. Our after builders cleaning removes construction dust, paint splashes, and debris. We sanitise kitchens and bathrooms and give a final polish. Essential before moving in.
Do you provide cleaning products?
Yes. All materials and equipment are included. We use professional, eco-friendly products. You don't need to supply anything.
